The first thing you do to store an object in Amazon S3 is to make a bucket. A bucket is a place to keep things. An object is a file and any information about that file that is in the file itself. Then you upload the object to the bucket and store it there. Once it is in the bucket, you can open it, download it, and move it around as you want.
